Today we received an email from Small Town America saying the band 'Our Krypton Son' had agreed to allow us to make them a music video. We then agreed between the two groups that we could have this band and that the other group would take the next band to come through.
About Our Krypton Son:
Chris McConaghy aka Our Krypton Son hails from Derry, Northern Ireland where he first cut his first musical teeth with psychobilly art-rockers Red Organ Serpent Sound. Having graduated unscathed from those rambunctious ranks, Chris established his songwriting credentials as an acoustic solo act sharing stages with David Kitt, Gemma Hayes, Jape and Cashier No. 9 around the Irish club circuit. Gathering plaudits as a writer of note, Chris gathered close musician friends together in early 2010 to create Our Krypton Son and record a debut album of the same name, from which this lead single is taken.
The song we have agreed to make a music video for is 'Ill Wind' of their latest album 'Our Krypton Son'. We look forward to working with the band to make the most professional music video we can make on a very limited budget.
